Dear Parents,
We hope that you and all your family members are well.
As the government has not made any announcement about the opening of schools, we will start ONLINE LESSONS for the new academic year from Monday, 1st June, 2020, in shaa Allah. The application that will be used for this purpose is ZOOM. Please carry out the following initial steps in order to enable your child to attend the online lessons:
1. Visit this website to download and install the Zoom application on your home PC / laptop: https://zoom.us/download
[If you do not have a PC / laptop, you can install the Zoom app on your smartphone.]
2. After you open the installed Zoom application, you will see the option “Join a Meeting”. Your child will attend an online lesson being conducted by a teacher by joining a meeting (there is no need to sign in or make a Zoom account for joining a meeting).
3. After you click on “Join a Meeting”, you will have to enter the meeting ID or link. Alternatively, you can just click on the meeting link (that will be sent to you) to join an online lesson. These meeting IDs and links will be EMAILED to you before the lessons begin, so IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU GIVE US YOUR CORRECT EMAIL ADDRESS.
4. Please send an email to the our official email address:

[Kindly make sure that you send the email from the email address that you want us to send the Zoom meeting IDs and links to, and please include your child’s name and grade in the body of your email.]

Dear Parents,
According to the announcement made by the government, the students will be promoted to next grades based on their previous results. Some percentage will be added for the recent E-Learning homework also.
The promotion certificates will be given by the end of this month (June 2020), in shaa Allah.
As requested before, kindly visit the school to pay the outstanding fees until the month of June, and to receive the course books for the new academic year (which has already started), as you will need these books for the online lessons that we want to start as soon as possible. Clearing the outstanding dues for all the previous months is important, so that your child’s name can be entered for this new academic year.
And as requested before, please send an email to the official email address of the school (picas.pakistan.official@gmail.com), mentioning the name of your child and his/her new grade level, so that the details for the online lessons can be emailed to you without further delay. Special thanks to the parents who have already sent us the email. They do not have to send it again.
We need full cooperation from the parents in order to make the online lessons possible. So please pay the outstanding dues, take the new course books and send the required email so that all the students can start the new course books together at the same time through the online lessons.

Dear Parents,
Online lessons for grades 1 to 8 will start from today, using the application Zoom. Today’s lessons will be introductory lessons and each one of them will be for around 30 minutes. Proper lessons for grades 1 to 8 will start from tomorrow, in shaa Allah. The duration of each lesson will be around 1 hour and 15 minutes.
All required details for grades 1 to 8 have been sent to the parents who had emailed us. They are requested to check their email. And the parents who have not emailed us until now are requested to email us as soon as possible.
Please note that online lessons for Montessori I, II and III will start from Friday, 5th June, in shaa Allah.

Online lessons for MONTESSORI will start from today, using the application Zoom. Today’s lessons will be introductory lessons.
All required details have been sent to the parents who had emailed us. They are requested to check their email. Please note that the TIME TABLE for the online classes is attached as a PDF file with the email that has been sent to you. Please follow that time table and join the online lessons with punctuality according to the timings given in the time table.
The parents who have not emailed us until now are requested to email us as soon as possible. Please do not forget to write the names of your children and their grades in the email that you send us.

Dear Parents,
As you know, we had started online lessons using Zoom and had been conducting them since 3rd June, 2020.
But many parents and students have been facing problems like not having internet or smartphone / laptop, not being able to manage getting their children online at the right time or children not being able to wake up in the morning, not being able to use Zoom properly, poor internet connection causing problems during the lessons, etc. Some students come online for the lessons whereas some do not. So considering all of these problems and realizing that this way many students are unable to study, we are stopping the online lessons using Zoom and starting a new system of studies until the time that schools are reopened.
Videos and audios of recorded lessons will be sent to the students. The teachers will also assign homework to the students in the recorded lessons. The students should do the homework in copies. A schedule for submission of homework will be sent to the parents. Worksheets will also be provided for the students. Moreover, there will be a system of testing the students after regular intervals to judge their learning. In shaa Allah.
We hope that this new system will work well and will be more convenient for the students and their parents.
Further details will be sent as required.
